A Leconfield Estate worker's cottage, restored and furnished as if it were 1910, when it was the home of Mary Cummings, a seamstress. The cottage has a coal-fired range, wash copper, sewing room, working gas lights and is staffed by friendly volunteer stewards. A remarkable level of detail makes this a fantastic resource for children learning about life in Victorian and Edwardian houses.
