An attractive grass and arable farm in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) totalling approximately 60 acres of which up to 10 acres consist of ancient woodland blocks and shaws. The arable fields are small and enclosed by traditional hedgerows. The farm faces north and slopes down to 15 acres of old pasture, characterised by valuable wet, rushy areas and a network of old ponds. The adjacent road and the public footpath pass through the pasture land and along the sides of the arable fields and ensure excellent amenity value.
