The Walled Gardens of Cannington

Located in the village of Cannington, Somerset, The Walled Gardens of Cannington lie within the grounds of a medieval priory. Many of its fine buildings, including the walls of the garden, remain. Having undergone extensive redevelopment, the Gardens were officially opened by HRH the Earl of Wessex, Prince Edward.

We are a dog friendly visitor attraction. We also have free WiFi available in our Tea Room for visitors.

Pricing

Admission prices
School groups are welcome free of charge - available with or without guided tours which can be tailored to meet school curriculum topics. These must be booked in advance.
You do not need entry to the Gardens in order to visit the Gift Shop, Plants Nursery or Tea Room.
Adults: £4.95
Children (under 16): Free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Groups are welcome, £12pp (min. 15 people)
includes guided tour (by prior arrangement), hot drink and a slice of cake. Must be booked in advance.
Season Tickets
Individual: £19 and Couple: £33 (valid for one year from date of purchase). Buy a Season Ticket and get your admission fee refunded!

Pre-arranged School visits can be tailored to suit age group and topic, with associated resources supplied, along with a member of staff to lead the activities. Topics to date include; food, sustainability, pollination, minibeasts, importance of bees and habitats.
