The farm is located between Styal Mill and the former Gregg Family home of Norcliffe Hall and the Bollin Valley. The farm was the original model and dairy farm for the estate. The site includes areas of historic parkland, including follies and historic routes. The arable Parts of the farm include habitats for farmland birds. The parkland and orchard are grazed by a native breed at risk beef cattle. Educational visits cover modern farming and farming in a historic landscape environment.
