The sites owned by the Heaths Countryside Corridor provide an opportunity for schools and interest groups to learn about the fascinating natural history of an area of ancient woodland, a former sand quarry and a unique area of woodland pasture, once part of larger historic parkland. Opportunities exist for pond dipping, studying flower rich grassland, and learning of a range of wildlife such as dormice that occupy the woodland area.
