Uncllys Farm is a small holding nestled in the Wyre Forest National Nature Reserve, just outside of Bewdley. The traditional cherry orchard is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) due to the invertebrate interest present on decaying fruit wood (specifically the Noble Chafer Beetle). The holding also includes areas of unimproved species rich grassland that are an abundant source of flowers in early summer, and are grazed by a small herd of Dexter cattle. Many species of birds and animals can be seen at Uncllys such as the greater spotted woodpecker, fallow deer and slow worm.
