Knights Farm is a traditional farm with sandstone buildings built around 1836. It is south facing with many natural springs. A 4 acre orchard has recently been replanted with many traditional varieties of cider apples. There are old pastures with many hazel hedges, a water meadow which has a wild rush area and a hay meadow which has an abundance of flowers in early summer. The farm has many mature oak trees, six different soil types and a broad spectrum of plant life.
