Trembothick farm- inside the vellyn

The farm has 48hectares with a stream, woodland, CStewardship and safe access. The lane in and out has limited machinery. The fields can be accessed by foot with a mix of herbal leys and lots of mixes plus arable crops. This is an good example of environmental farming practices and arable crops together. There is a natural woodland onsite, stream and a range of grass types.

Yard and flat area for parking minibuses, compost loo and toilets. Educational space in and outside, safe accessible path to river, nature trail/ track and furniture. Educational equipment available.

Farm visits are supported through the countryside stewardship but more tailored visits maybe have some additional costs for facilities and material's .

Kick sampling- catchment studies with river and steam, wildlife surveys, different activities for different age groups working with the setting of the farm.

This place has CEVAS accredited personnel.

CEVAS stands for Countryside Educational Visits Accreditation Scheme. A nationally recognised accreditation, the scheme offers training for individuals who are working – or plan to work – with groups of school children, young people or clients with additional needs.

Cstewardship, CEVAS accredited, FIPL approved as educational/ historic site, trained teacher and DBS hosting visits. Outdoor education with L3 Forest school award as well as First Aid
