The Social Farm

We are a small care farm located at Lakemore Farm Park in Cheshire, delivering bespoke health, social and specialist educational care services for children.
We are home to a wide variety of farm animals; cows, sheep, goats, poultry and many more, and we aim to provide all children with access to real farming experiences.
We are also a HAF provider, funded by the Local Authority and Department of Education, offering enriching activities and meals to children during the school holidays.
