Ockhams is a 66ha mixed farm. Approximately 33ha is set to growing natural fibres and 122 ewes are lambed. It is situated south of Edenbridge and is characteristic of the Wealden landscape with small fields, species rich hedges and grassland. Set on 2 ridges of sandstone with heavy clay between, the farm offers interesting geology and historic features. The majority of the field boundaries are hedged, hedgerow trees being mainly oak. The farm supports attractive, mature broadleaf woodland known as Sherndew Wood. There are numerous ponds, several of which have been restored.
