The estate is 315 ha comprising of 60 ha woodland, 121 ha grassland and 134 ha arable land. A number of flats and cottages are let out on shorthold tenancies. There is also B&B accommodation. The grassland supports a flock of 500 ewes and a small number of Belted Galloway cattle. The arable land includes winter wheat. The woodland includes soft wood plantations and ancient woodland. The grassland includes a 29 ha SSSI, which is a Jurassic limestone grassland site.
