Cogges Manor Farm Museum is home to traditional breeds of animals which are farmed using 19th century methods. Characters from Cogges' history describe life on a working farm in an audio tour of the farm buildings and displays of farm implements and machinery. Regular demonstrations of farm work such as hand-milking and butter-making add to the experience and help bring the museum to life. In the Manor House, which dates back to the 13th century, visitors are invited to meet the Victorian maids, taste cooking fresh from the kitchen range and watch butter being hand-churned.
