The site has 22 acres of old orchard containing at least twenty traditional fenland apples and pears. New woodlands, wetland, hedgerows and field margins are also on site. There is also a waymarked trail to follow around the orchard and surrounding farmland. Various routes can be taken allowing for long or short walks. Now being managed under the Countryside Agency's Countryside Stewardship Scheme.
