Food is key to a sustainable future that delivers upon economic, cultural, environmental and social well-being.
Equipping children with skills and knowledge about the food we eat and where it comes from, how food can be grown in harmony with the environment and how to be a conscious consumer is a vital part of supporting good health for both people and planet.
See displays and hear a range of Fast Food Talks covering local and national perspectives, followed by a chance to meet and chat over food. We invite everyone to come and give a Fast Food Talk – it’s a simple yet speedy 5 min talk about your unique approach to food education that overcomes the multiple barriers to food education. No slides, or prep required, just some insights to share with new colleagues!
